About Latte Factory
Modern coffeehouse serving premium locally roasted coffee, specialty espresso drinks, plus pastries & teas.
Located at 3811 S Cooper St, Arlington, TX 76015, Latte Factory operates as a coffee shop serving Arlington in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10 amβ8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. Arlington is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Arlington peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I have this place a second chance, but I was disappointed again. The first time I had a caramel iced coffee that tasted like straight syrup. The second time I got a cold foam iced coffee and it didnβt taste like coffee at all. It tasted like watered down creamer.

The lady we got was shockingly rude. My mom asked for a 12oz and the ladies response was this isn't Starbucks- with so much snark I assumed we were walking away. (Also makes absolutely no sense- because that's not how you order from starbucks) unfortunately they proceeded to make her drink incorrectly. The corrected drink was good but the experience was so unnecessary.

Ordered double shot of espresso with a splash of milkβ¦. Served in a hot cup but it was ice cold.. I was excited to try this place out but super bummed that they got a simple order of espresso wrong.

Tried the sugar free caramel latte, excellent. It's not overly sweet, but you're not missing out with the sugar-free option. Creamy, smooth, with a fine coffee flavor. The girl took her time making my drink, meaning she did it right... not a complaint. It was mixed really well & she added some sugar free whipped cream/foam on top. Delicious! They have some snacks but I didn't try any, they look pretty good but I wasn't hungry. Prices for food seem pretty fair. I felt like $9+ for my drink was a bit pricey... but it was good. And yes, I still tipped because the service was excellent. Another girl came up to ask questions on some drink & the staff member was super knowledgeable & kind. She had long dark hair & glasses, kudos to her for awesome service! I'd recommend giving them a try if you're in the mall!
